A big incident came to light this morning in the Praunthi area of Jubbal, when 2 youths hit the official car of DSP going to Shimla. After the accident, the police took immediate action and caught both the youths on the spot. On searching, 1.34 grams of chitta was recovered from them. One of the arrested youths works in Punjab National Bank Jubbal.
DSP Rohru Pranav Chauhan said that when the car was searched after hitting his car, narcotics were recovered from it. The police station in Jubbal has registered a case against two local youths, Kartar Singh and Punit, and started further action. He said that a detailed investigation of the case is being done and it is being ascertained from where the chitta was brought and where it was to be distributed.
