Odisha Government donate Rs.5 Cr for natural disaster

Shimla

Extending support to Himachal Pradesh aftermath of disaster which ravaged many parts of the State, the Odisha Government donated rupees five crore towards the Aapda Rahat Kosh-2023 to meet out the relief and rehabilitation measures.

 

Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, appreciating the gesture expressed his gratitude to Odisha’s Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik. In his message to his Odisha counterpart, Sh. Sukhu said that the liberal donation in the hour of distress will help in aiding the disaster affected people of the State.

 

The Chief Minister appealed to the general public, to contribute generously towards the Disaster Relief Fund. He said that collective efforts and contributions from the people across the nation will certainly ensure comprehensive support and assistance to the people affected by the natural disaster.
