A tragic incident took place in Nichli Dakhyut village of Ghumarvi assembly constituency of Himachal Pradesh on Thursday morning, in which 61-year-old Satya Devi was injured. According to the information, Abhishek alias Lucky (40), son of Ajay Kumar, resident of village Dakhyut, was walking through the forest near his house. He had a loaded double-barreled gun with him.
When he suddenly fell due to bushes and tree vines in the forest, his gun fired inadvertently. The bullet pellets that came out with the fire hit Satya Devi, who was passing on the road about 70-80 meters away. The pellets hit her right leg below the knee, due to which she was seriously injured.
The injured Satya Devi was immediately taken to Rainbow Hospital Ghumarvi, where her condition is said to be out of danger. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the team of Police Station Bharari reached the spot and started investigating the matter.
