    Grand Welcome to Sathya Sai Baba Rath Yatra at KIPS Sanwara

     

    Kasauli, April 6

    It was a highly auspicious and memorable day for Kasauli International Public School (KIPS), Sanwara, as the Rath Yatra of Sathya Sai Baba arrived on the school campus at around 10:00 AM.

    Students stood on both sides of the route holding flowers and showered petals on the chariot, creating a vibrant and devotional atmosphere. The entire campus resonated with chants of “Jai Sathya Sai Baba,” adding to the spiritual fervor of the occasion.

    Devotees accompanying the Rath Yatra were also warmly welcomed by the students. The delegation was led by Dr. Virendra Verma, former Vice Chancellor of Himachal Pradesh University.

    A devotional session was later held in the school premises, where bhajans and the Sathya Sai Aarti were performed with great enthusiasm by students and staff. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Verma highlighted the importance of service, charity, and humanity on the occasion of Sathya Sai Baba’s 100th birth anniversary.

    On this occasion, Managing Director Hira Thakur, Principal Poonam Thakur, Trustee Rajendra Thakur, and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Sanjeev Mainra were honored.

    The event was highly successful, well-organized, and spiritually inspiring. It concluded with Aarti and the distribution of prasad.

    Indecent Act on Shimla Mall Road: Accused ‘Baba’ Identified, FIR Registered

     

    Shimla, March 27, 2026:

    A video that recently went viral on social media showing a man dressed as a sadhu allegedly touching women inappropriately on Mall Road, Shimla, has triggered swift police action.

    According to police sources, upon receiving information about the incident, a team immediately launched a search operation and successfully traced the accused. An FIR is being registered, and legal proceedings have been initiated against him.

    The accused has been identified as Narayan Das (36), son of Ram Jash Sharma, a resident of village and post office Jamdoli, Tehsil Niwai, District Tonk, under Baroni Police Station in Rajasthan.

    Police revealed that the accused had earlier visited Shimla between April and June 2025 and had arrived again just a day ago. He was reportedly planning to return to Kalka the same day before being traced by authorities.

    Further investigation is underway, and police have assured strict action in the case.
