    किन्नौर में इस सीजन सेब की ढुलाई के लिए ड्रोन की सुविधा शुरू की जा सकती है। ड्रोन सेवाएं प्रदान करने वाली निजी कंपनी स्काई एयर मोबिलिटी जुलाई के मध्य के बाद सेब परिवहन के लिए किन्नौर में ड्रोन तैनात करने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है।

    “किन्नौर में अधिकांश बाग ऊंचाई पर स्थित हैं और सेब उत्पादकों को उपज को गोदाम तक ले जाने के लिए खच्चरों या कुलियों का उपयोग करना पड़ता है। यहां उपज को वर्गीकृत और पैक किया जाता है और फिर आगे ले जाया जाता है, ”स्काई एयर मोबिलिटी अंकित कुमार ने कहा। “उत्पादन को गोदाम तक लाने के लिए ड्रोन का उपयोग किया जाएगा। ड्रोन से परिवहन का समय काफी कम हो जाएगा। अंकित कहते हैं, ”पांच से छह घंटे का प्रयास घटकर सिर्फ पांच से 10 मिनट रह जाएगा।”

    कंपनी पहले ही किन्नौर जिले के निचार गांव में एक परीक्षण कर चुकी है। लगभग 18 किलोग्राम वजनी एक सेब की पेटी को ड्रोन द्वारा कुछ ही मिनटों में लगभग 10 किमी से 12 किमी की दूरी तक ले जाया गया। उनका कहना है कि फलों के वास्तविक परिवहन के लिए अधिक पेलोड क्षमता वाले ड्रोन तैनात किए जाएंगे।

    “शुरुआत में, हम पांच ड्रोन तैनात करेंगे और फिर हम बड़े पैमाने पर काम करेंगे। इन ड्रोनों की पेलोड क्षमता लगभग 100 किलोग्राम होगी। इसलिए वे एक बार में पांच टोकरे ले जाने में सक्षम होंगे, ”उन्होंने कहा।

    कुमार ने कहा कि ड्रोन के माध्यम से परिवहन की लागत लगभग खच्चरों और कुलियों के समान ही होगी। वे कहते हैं, “भले ही लागत कमोबेश वही रहे, ड्रोन प्रक्रिया में शामिल समय और प्रयास को काफी कम कर देंगे।”

    ड्रोन सेवा सीधे उत्पादकों को उपलब्ध नहीं होगी। कुमार ने कहा, “हम फल एकत्रीकरण व्यवसाय में शामिल कंपनियों को ड्रोन सेवा प्रदान करेंगे।”

    किन्नौर में सेब उत्पादक ड्रोन के माध्यम से सेब परिवहन करने की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं। “अगर ऐसा होता है तो यह बहुत अच्छा विकास होगा। कई क्षेत्रों में, बगीचों तक कोई सड़क नहीं है और उपज को परिवहन स्थल तक ले जाना बहुत कठिन और समय लेने वाला है। इसलिए, इस उद्देश्य के लिए ड्रोन का होना काफी मददगार होगा, ”किन्नौर के एक बागवान कृष्ण प्रसाद नेगी ने कहा।

    Chief Minister directs IT Department to submit rules for usage of drones

    While presiding over a meeting of the Information Technology Department here today Chief Minister, Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that the State Government is committed to introduce drone enabled governance extensively in different departments to facilitate people of the State and monitoring at different levels. He said that the IT department in collaboration with Drone Company has conducted medical trials in Chamba, Kullu and Mandi districts and the results have been encouraging. He directed the IT to submit the rules proposal regarding usage of drones within a time period of 15 days.

    Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that for drone operations, the IT department would be the nodal agency and Deputy Commissioners of concerned districts would extend logistic support to the concerned department willing to use drone technology. He said the Deputy Commissioners would also identify places for developing drone hubs. He said that this would also bring efficiency in the working of the departments.

    The Chief Minister said that Drone Technology has significant potential in monitoring law and order, disaster management, supervision of electricity supply lines, agriculture, horticulture, health delivery, road surface condition monitoring, assessment of tourists movement, illicit mining and illicit felling of trees. He said that this technology would be more useful especially in snow bound areas of the State.

    Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that training has been imparted to 189 people including 68 officers from Revenue, Forest, Pollution Control Board, Technical Education and Education Departments. He further said that the first Drone Flying Training School is functional in ITI Shahpur and Drone Technician Course has been started in seven government run ITIs at Mandi, Sirmaur, Shimla, Kangra, Solan (2 ITIs) and Kullu districts.

    The Chief Minister also reviewed various initiatives of the IT department and directed to integrate all the Helpline of different departments except emergency services with Mukhyamantri Sewa Sanklap-1100 Helpline in order to facilitate the people in better way. He said that the IT department should take lead in strengthening the digital infrastructure of the State as the State Government has accorded top priority to incorporate latest technology which would go a long way in facilitating the people to get their benefits in time.

    Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan, MLAs Vinay Kumar, Neeraj Nayyar, Ajay Solanki, Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Bharat Khera, Secretary IT Abhishek Jain, Director IT Mukesh Repaswal and other senior officers of State Government were also present in the meeting.

    The State Government intends to use drone technology to monitor and carry payloads besides supervising various schemes under implementation, traffic management, rescue of stranded trekkers, monitoring forests and wildlife and surveillance of illegal mining, etc. This was stated by Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu late evening yesterday.

    He said there was a dire need to seriously consider how the services of various government departments could be expedited by adding modern technology. This will also benefit the people at large as the technology will also play a pivotal role in health and other sectors. Drones can also be used to spread micronutrients in the agriculture sector.

    This will not only save time but will also ensure the anticipated results. The Chief Minister said that the world at large has entered an era of advanced technology and it was the need of the hour that the government adopts, and practices modern technology for rapid growth and efficiency in all sectors. The state government is committed to provide better services to the people of the state by adding new technology in future, he said.
