    HPTDC launches special package on Karva Chauth festival

    Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) is launching a special package on the occasion of Karva Chauth festival on 1st November, 2023. On this occasion the guests staying in any hotel of HPTDC will be allowed a 10 per cent additional discount on room tariff for couples from 31st October and 1st November, 2023.

     

    The arrangement for Sargi will be made by HPTDC by serving Feni, Banana, Milk, Gulab Jamun and Mathi free of charge. Apart from this Arg, Pooja Thali and Karwa (with rice, urad dal, Dhruva, flowers, Kungu etc.) will also be provided by HPTDC without any charge. Special Vrat Thali will be served to the guests on Karwa Chauth. Apart of this, other accessories required for Karwa Chauth Pooja like dry fruit, puna, Suhagi (Bindi, Churi, Kajal, Ribbon Mehandi etc.) will be arranged by HPTDC on payment basis.

     

     

     

    Amit Kashyap, Managing Director, H.P. Tourism Development Corporation informed here today that Karwa Chauth is the most celebrated festival of the Country. Karwa Chauth signifies the pious bond that is shared between husband and wife and married couples can make this day memorable by celebrating this festival in HPTDC properties and also avail highly discounted packages.

    Leopard Expeditions has flagged off a thrilling 4WD 10-day self-drive expedition from Chandigarh, offering participants an unforgettable experience through the captivating Zanskar Circuit.Ishan Bhagra told that Indian Oil & Macroys Expeditions  10 days program has been started today and the expedition aims to raise awareness and support for the conservation of snow leopards, an endangered species facing conservation challenges. Led by the experienced core team consisting of Ishan Bhagra, Sidharth Jilta, Sudhir Kumar and Nikhil Verma, the expedition revolves around 4WD vehicles, including the Gypsy, Isuzu, Thar, Safari, and more, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable adventure for all participants.

     

    The esteemed presence of Mr. Girish Jain, Zone General Manager Punjab, and Anil Arora, Chief Manager Indian Oil, added excitement and prestige to the Macroys Expeditions launch, emphasizing its significance. According to Ishan Bhagra of Macroys Expeditions, following the success of last year’s expedition, they are embarking on this thrilling adventure once again from June 23rd to July 3rd.

    Pritha Sood, a passionate car rider from Hoshiarpur, Punjab, expressed her enthusiasm about joining the Leopard Expedition convoy.
