As many as 200 questions will resonate in the four-day Assembly session at Tapovan in Dharamsala. The deadline for sending questions for the winter session, which is scheduled to be held between December 18 and 21, ended at 5 pm on Thursday. The MLAs have to send the questions 15 days before the last day of the session.
The MLAs of both the parties have raised more questions related to their respective constituencies. This is the seventh session of the 14th Legislative Assembly. The MLAs have sent the questions to the Assembly Secretariat for this session. These questions have been asked on various topics like law and order, mining, drugs, crime, electricity charges, drinking water, roads etc. The MLAs have raised more questions related to roads, water, law and order in their respective areas.
The Assembly Secretariat has sent them to the departments to prepare a reply. The Minister shall answer the starred questions orally, and the unstarred questions shall be laid on the table of the House by reference to the Ministers.
