A case of death of a youth of Bhaur village, which comes under Police Outpost Jahu, due to consumption of some poisonous substance has come to light. The youth died during treatment in AIIMS on Saturday morning. The youth has been identified as Nishant Sharma (25), son of Vipan Sharma, resident of Bhaur Post Office Kakarot, Tehsil Bhoranj District Hamirpur. According to the police, the youth consumed some poisonous substance on 15 August at around 4 pm.
When the family came to know about this, they brought the youth to Medical College Hamirpur for treatment, where the doctor posted there referred the youth to AIIMS due to his critical condition, where he died on Saturday morning. It is being said that the youth was doing B.Pharmacy. Jahu Police Outpost Incharge Firoz Akhtar said that the post-mortem of the body is being done and action has been started by registering a case as per rules.
