In Lahaul, a pack of stray dogs has mauled a three-year-old child to death. This is the first such case to come to light in Lahaul.
In Sumanam village of Lahaul, a mere 3-year-old boy of a Nepali origin couple was torn to death by a pack of dogs. The child’s mother tried her best to free the little one from the pack of dogs. But the injured child died in Keylong Hospital.
Tandi Panchayat head Virendra said that the injured child was immediately taken to Keylong Hospital, but due to severe injuries, the child died. After the incident, there is an atmosphere of fear among the people regarding stray dogs in the entire Lahaul.
