The meeting of the Board of Directors of Jogindra Central Cooperative Bank was organized at the new head office of the bank. In this meeting, more than 40 agendas were discussed in detail. The Chief Minister of the state, Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu ji, had announced the release of the pending arrears of the employees on the occasion of the completion of 100 years of the bank and at the inauguration ceremony of the new building, regarding which all the directors present in the meeting agreed to give the arrears of dearness allowance of Rs 1 crore 75 lakh to the employees of the bank. Also, on the auspicious festival of Diwali, they agreed to release an additional amount of Rs 1 crore 95 lakh ex gratia for 46 days to the employees. On successful completion of the probation period of 58 employees of the bank, their services were regularized on the promoted post.
