In Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, a youth has committed suicide by swallowing poisonous substance. The youth used to work as a ward attendant in IGMC, Shimla. The reasons why the young man committed suicide are not yet known. Police have registered the case and started investigation.
According to the information received from the police, on Saturday, information was received from local people in Police Station Baluganj that a youth has committed suicide in Lower Fagli. As soon as the information was received, the police sent a team to the spot. The team reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it to IGMC for post-mortem. After getting the post-mortem done, the police have handed over the body to the family members. The deceased youth has been identified as Dinesh Kumar, 30 years old, originally a resident of Navgaon tehsil Arki district, Solan. According to the information received from the police, the youth used to work as a ward boy in IGMC and lived in a rented room in Lower Fagli. He swallowed some poisonous substance late on Friday night.
On the other hand, the police have registered a case under section 194 of the Indian Judicial Code and started investigation. Police said that the reason why the young man committed suicide is not yet known. Police have started investigation in the matter
