Three big dealers of chitta were caught by the police in Hatkoti, Shimla, the fourth accused was caught from Rohru,

Three youths of Ferozepur Punjab were bringing 252 grams of chitta from Ferozepur near the India-Pakistan border to Rohru. The team of Police Station Jubbal has arrested them at Parahat Bridge Saraswatinagar Jubbal along with Hatkoti.
A case has been registered in Police Station Jubbal under NDPS Act and further action is being taken. According to the police, the accused have been identified as Raj Kumar son of Krishan Lal resident of Mohan-ke-Hitar Tehsil Guru Harsai District. Ferozepur Punjab, age 38 years, Jagdish son of Ashok Kumar resident of Mohan-ke-Hitar Tehsil Guru Harsai District. Ferozepur Punjab, age 32 years, Jatinder son of Sher Chand resident of Mohan-ke-Hitar Tehsil Guru Harsai District. Ferozepur Punjab, age 32 years.
On interrogation, it was found that these people were going to deliver this consignment to Kapil Rajta, a resident of Rohru. Taking action, the police also arrested Kapil Rajta near his swimming pool and resort in Lamba Khatal with 4.26 lakh cash and electronic weighing scale. On investigation, it was found that the above-mentioned Kapil Rajta, a resident of Rohru, was jointly running the illegal business of selling chitta along with some henchmen from Punjab and Rohru-Chadgaon area.
DSP Rohru Pranav Chauhan confirmed the case and said that more arrests can be made in this case.
