A case of the rape of an innocent 4-year-old has come to light in an area of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. Police have registered a case against the accused and started an investigation. The accused committed the crime of rape after kidnapping the victim from the tenant’s room. According to the police, the victim’s mother has lodged a complaint in the women’s police station that her 4-year-old daughter was in the tenant’s room. The accused lives in their neighborhood. The accused kidnapped the victim from the room and then took her to a nearby drain and raped her.
When the woman reached home, the children told her that a person had taken her daughter towards the drain. When the woman went there searching for her daughter and called her by name, the victim also started calling her mother from the bushes in the drain. After this, the accused ran away from there. The woman picked up her daughter and also called people there. The victim later recognized the accused. After this, people caught the accused and handed him over to the police. The name of the accused is Prem Thapa, who works as a horse herder. SP Dr. Karthikeyan Gokul Chandran said that action is being taken against the accused as per law.
