11 July 2025, Himachal Pradesh
Former Union Minister and Member of Parliament from Hamirpur Lok Sabha constituency, Anurag Singh Thakur, has sent utensils, household items, medicines, and sanitary pads to the disaster-affected areas of Thunag and Dharampur in Himachal, which are facing the brunt of floods and rains. In view of the loss caused by the destruction of the households of the people due to the natural disaster, Anurag Thakur has decided to send utensils to the homes of the needy people so that they do not face any problem in cooking and eating food. The teams of hospital service in remote areas are providing help by walking several kilometers on foot and going from house to house.
In this hour of disaster, the mother power is also facing a lot of trouble and keeping this in mind, the Hospital—MP Mobile Health Service is distributing sanitary pads along with medicines to maintain the dignity and safety of mothers and sisters. These sanitary pads being distributed by the hospital service are completely biodegradable and do not cause any harm to the environment. It is the effort of Shri Anurag Singh Thakur that in this hour of disaster, no needy person should be deprived of help.
