A drug trafficking case has come to light in the jurisdiction of Arki Police Station. Acting on a tip-off, the police team carried out an operation on NH-205 and arrested a man in connection with illegal drug possession.
According to information received, the accused has been identified as Pawan Kumar (39), son of Jattu Ram, a resident of Village Kolka, Post Office Danoghat, Tehsil Arki, District Solan (Himachal Pradesh). He was arrested from his tin kiosk/shop located on NH-205 with 59.52 grams of charas.
A case has been registered at Arki Police Station, and further investigation is underway. Police officials stated that the accused is being interrogated thoroughly and his previous criminal record is also being verified.
