In the Himachal Pradesh district of Kangra, at the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Medical College and Hospital Tanda, a startling incidence has been revealed. Due to suspicions of inconsistencies in the paperwork a student presented for admission to MBBS, the college administration has turned the case over to the police.
This issue was discovered during counseling when a student submitted an application for admission to MBBS. Because the student’s paperwork did not match the information provided by University Mandi, the college management became skeptical. Another student’s name and information were shown. Everyone had a suspicion that fraud was taking on. Following this, Dr. Praveen Kumar, Dr. Sonia Dhiman, Satya Bhushan, Kamal Singh, and Gurcharan Singh, as well as Dr. Rajesh Goyal, the Nodal Officer of the Scrutiny Committee, lodged a complaint about this with Dr. Milap Sharma, the college principal. He then filed a report with the Tanda Police Station, DSP Kangra, and SSP Dharamshala after realizing how severe the situation was.
In actuality, the Medical University had already given the seat to another student on which the lady student had claimed admission with merit number 108. DSP Ankit Sharma, meanwhile, stated that the police had begun their investigation after receiving the complaint late at night.
