The fifth day of the NSS camp commenced with an enlightening lecture on common diseases, their prevention, symptoms, and cures. This informative session was conducted by Ms. Rajni from the Buest college of Nursing. Her extensive knowledge and clear explanations provided valuable insights into maintaining good health and understanding various medical conditions.
Following this, NSS PO Ankita Thakur delivered a comprehensive lecture on the NSS Certification.
After a refreshing lunch break, the camp participants reconvened for a debate competition. The topics for the debate were “Viksit Bharat” (Developed India) and “Swachh Bharat” (Clean India). The participants passionately expressed their views and arguments, showcasing their public speaking skills and knowledge on the topics.
The debate was judged by Student Welfare Officer Sushma Singh and NSS Coordinator Gurbaksh Kaur. The competition not only enhanced the debating skills of the students but also deepened their understanding of the importance of development and cleanliness in the nation.
After the debate competition, Ms. Sushma Singh, the Student Welfare Officer, addressed the students. She commended them for their enthusiastic participation and insightful arguments. Ms. Singh emphasized the significance of the topics discussed, highlighting how a clean and developed nation contributes to the overall well-being of its citizens. She encouraged students to actively participate in initiatives like Swachh Bharat and contribute to the nation’s progress.
The day was filled with informative sessions and engaging activities that enriched the participants’ knowledge and skills.
