Justice MM Kumar, former Chief Justice of the J&K High Court and former president of the National Company Law Tribunal and presently a member of the National Human Rights Commission, released a book, ‘Sex Laws in India’, here on Sunday. The book, a critical assessment of sex laws for common man, is co-authored by a father-son duo, Sanjeev Jindal, Additional District and Sessions Judge (retd) and president of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and Abhishek Jindal, an advocate in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
