School of Pharmacy and Emerging Sciences (SPES), Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology (BUEST) organized an industrial visit on 17 May 2024 for the students of Pharmacy at Macleods Pharmaceutical Ltd., Baddi Himachal Pradesh. The industrial visit to Macleods Pharmaceutical Ltd. provided valuable insights into the practical aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application for students. Macleods Pharmaceutical Ltd is a leading pharmaceutical company known for its innovative approach to drug development and manufacturing. The company specializes in producing a wide range of pharmaceutical formulations, including tablets, capsules and topical solutions. Upon arrival, students were welcomed by Mr. Amreek Singh (Manager- Macleods Centre of Excellence, Baddi).
