The state government is celebrating the completion of two years of its government on December 11 in Bilaspur. At the same time, the winter session of the Assembly is starting from December 18, so this meeting is very important before the start of the winter session, a day after the celebration program.
Bills to be introduced in the winter session of Parliament will be discussed in the meeting. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has said that a bill on Bhota Charitable Trust will be introduced in the winter session of Parliament. The draft of this bill will also be brought and discussed in this meeting. Meanwhile, the BJP has stepped up its attack on the government over the issue. In such a situation, the mood of the opposition will be strong in the winter session as well. In view of this, there can also be brainstorming to surround the opposition in the meeting. Apart from this, cabinet approval can also be obtained in the meeting regarding the stipend of doctors and filling up of posts in various departments. Apart from this, a decision can also be taken to upgrade some health institutions and recruit teachers.
The cabinet is likely to discuss the report submitted by the high-level committee formed for the Pong Dam oustees yesterday. The report has recommended land allotment to 6,736 families and setting up a grievance redressal cell. The matter has also been taken up with the Centre. Apart from this, the decisions taken by the cabinet subcommittees will also be discussed in the meeting.
