Shimla, Dr Rajiv Bindal, State President BJP Himachal Pradesh said that the Chief Minister and other Congress leaders are telling a lot of lies in the Haryana elections. He said that after coming to power by giving false guarantees in Himachal Pradesh, when they could not fulfill the guarantees and the treasury of Himachal became empty, then now going to Haryana and saying that we have fulfilled all the guarantees, this is a big fraud being done with the people of the country and the state. He said that going to Haryana and saying that we have given Rs. 1500 per month to all sisters above the age of 18, saying that we have given lakhs of jobs, employment, there cannot be a bigger lie than this.
Dr Bindal said that the Narendra Modi government at the Centre has continuously provided funds for development to Himachal Pradesh. Today, the work of four-lane highways is going on at a fast pace in Himachal Pradesh, the work of building tunnels, railways, over bridges, developmental work worth about Rs one lakh crore has been carried out in Himachal Pradesh and after that, going to Haryana, the Congress leaders and the Chief Minister are saying that they did not get a single penny from the Central government, there cannot be a bigger lie than this.
Dr Bindal said that the funds for all the work being carried out in Himachal Pradesh today are coming from the Modi government at the Centre. No work initiated by the Himachal government is being carried out in Himachal Pradesh. He said that the work of misleading the public that the Congress is doing will not last long. The people of the country and the state have understood the reality of the Congress party and the Himachal government very well.
