The 77th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and dignity at the CISF Unit, BSL Project, Sundernagar. On this occasion, CISF Deputy Commandant Mr. Vishal Bansal hoisted the National Flag, followed by a Guard of Honour presented by CISF personnel.
After the flag hoisting ceremony, Deputy Commandant Mr. Vishal Bansal extended warm Republic Day greetings to all CISF personnel present. In his address, he highlighted the significance of 26 January 1950, the day when the Constitution of India came into force, granting India a new identity as a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, and Democratic Republic.
He commended the dedication, discipline, and commitment of all CISF personnel deployed in the security of the BSL Project and encouraged them to continue performing their duties with the same zeal and professionalism. He further urged all personnel to remain ever vigilant in safeguarding the unity, integrity, and constitutional values of the nation, and to actively contribute towards building a developed and self-reliant India.
