A case of rape of a minor girl has come to light in Jubbal of Shimla district. The victim studies in class 11th. It is alleged that their neighbor youth was having physical relations with the victim for the last one year due to which the victim is 5/6 pregnant.
According to the information received from the police, the victim’s father has given a complaint in the police station Jubbal. In the complaint given to the police, the complainant has said that he has three daughters, out of which the youngest daughter was raped by a local youth. He told the police that the victim studies in class 11th. On December 7, when he returned home in the evening, his daughter was crying in pain. During this, she told her mother that her neighbor named Anshul was having physical relations with her for the last one year. And in July 2024 she has made him pregnant and she is 5,6 months pregnant. On the other hand, on the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case under the POCSO Act and started investigation. According to the information received from the police, the accused has been arrested
