The Himachal Pradesh government has appointed DIG Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi (IPS, 2012 batch) as the new Managing Director of MILKFED, Himachal Pradesh. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Civil Services Board and will take effect immediately. He replaces Rajesh Sharma (IFS, 2000 batch), who was holding the additional charge of the post. The notification was issued by the Department of Personnel on February 9, 2026.
