The Enkindle Club of the Department of CSE/IT at JUIT organized a two-day workshop titled “Innovation in Motion: Robotic Arm Technology” on 2nd and 3rd August 2024. The inaugural session, held on 2nd August at 10:45 AM in the auditorium, saw enthusiastic participation from first-year students.
The event was graced by Mr. Aditya Sharma and Mr. Kunal Sharma, the Founder & CEO and CTO of Vignan Learning Solutions, who delivered an insightful presentation on the basics of robotics and robotic arm technology. The session was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Rajendra Kumar Sharma, Registrar Brig. Raj Kumar Sharma, Associate Dean of Innovation Prof. Shruti Jain, and HoD CSE/IT Prof. Vivek Sehgal, highlighting the importance of practical learning and innovation.
Faculty coordinators Dr. Aman Sharma and Dr. Diksha Hooda from Department of CSE/IT played a key role in organizing the event. Student coordinators of Enkindle Club (Shruti Kadyan, Naman Pratap Singh, Vision Srivastava, Norin Sharma, Ayush Mahant, Saurav Kumar) also helped in organizing the workshop. The hands-on sessions for selected students were eagerly anticipated, marking the start of a series of similar activities planned for the semester. The workshop successfully ignited students’ interest in IoT, Robotics, and Machine Learning.
