In an exhilarating showcase of innovation and business acumen, Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT) is proud to announce that Geetansh Singh, a 3rd Year student of our university has emerged as the 2nd Runner-up at the prestigious ‘Future Business Sharks 2’ event hosted by The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) in collaboration with Hitbullseye, at Amity University, Mohali, Punjab on November 5, 2023 .
Standing out among a staggering 50,000 participants from over 100 colleges across Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh, our students displayed extraordinary talent and entrepreneurial spirit in the intensive rounds of the competition. The rounds, which included logical reasoning tests, engaging group discussions, and insightful questionnaire sessions, gave participants the unique opportunity to present their ideas before an esteemed jury. This year’s panel featured prominent figures such as Harit Mohan, President of TiE Chandigarh; Rohit Kakkar, Assistant General Manager at SBI; Dr. Ajay Sharma, Principal of SD College; and Hirdesh Madan, Co-founder of Hitbullseye. Prof. R.K. Sharma, VC, JUIT congratulated the winner. Their participation not only elevated the event’s stature but also allowed our students to receive invaluable feedback from seasoned industry and academic professionals. The notable performance of our students exemplifies the high standards of education and practical training that JUIT imparts. Their commendable performance not only brings pride to our institution but also reinforces our commitment to nurturing innovative leaders poised to make a mark on the global entrepreneurial stage.
