A case of breaking the glass of a Punjab Roadways bus came to light last night in the religious place Manikaran. The police had registered a case on the complaint of Punjab Roadways driver Parvinder Singh. Taking action on the basis of the complaint, the police identified the accused through CCTV footage and arrested three youths.
All three youths are residents of Mandi district. Now the police have started questioning the three youths. The police are trying to find out why the last three broke the glass of the bus. According to the information, driver Parvinder had reached the Manikaran route from Ludhiana on March 28 with the bus. Parvinder parked the bus in Manikaran in the same evening. On Saturday morning, the glass of the bus was found broken. After this, the police caught the three accused on Saturday evening with the help of CCTV footage.
The biggest question is why were the glasses broken?
Now the question is, why did the three break the glass of the bus? Let us tell you that a few days ago, the windows of Himachal Transport Corporation buses were also broken in Punjab. This created an atmosphere of tension in both states. This issue was also raised during the budget session in the Himachal Assembly. This matter was slowly cooling down when now the case of breaking the windows of Punjab Roadways buses has come to the fore.
SP Kullu Karthikeyan Gokulchandran said, ‘The police have taken immediate action and arrested three youths. The accused is being questioned in this case. Law and order will be maintained in the district. Strict action will be taken against those who create animosity between communities. The police are ready to maintain law and order.
