While facilitating the vernacular Hindi Daily after launching the Coffee Table Book (CTB) published by it here today, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla commended the efforts of the media house for amassing the data pertaining to the outstanding entrepreneurs of the State and highlighting their success stories in the CTB. He said that they were not only opening new avenues of employment for the youth but were also contributing to the socio-economic uplift of the State thus paving the way for the development of the country.
The Governor said that this special edition has been dedicated to those extraordinary individuals and whose success was inspiring for others. The newspaper has done a commendable job by honouring those who have dedicated themselves to the progress of this hill state and added that this effort was a testament to the remarkable entrepreneurial spirit emerging in this hilly region.
Shri Shukla said that Himachal Pradesh had always been known for its picturesque landscape, vibrant culture and warm hospitality but now this hilly region was also emerging as a centre of innovation and entrepreneurship.
“From humble beginnings to heightened success, these entrepreneurs have overcome many challenges to carve a niche for themselves in their respective fields”, said the Governor. He said that they have brought recognition and appreciation to Himachal Pradesh at National and International level.
Earlier, State Editor of Hindi daily Navneet Sharma welcomed the Governor on the occasion.
