Kullu
The monsoon is fully active in Himachal Pradesh and in the last 24 hours, light to moderate rain was recorded in most areas, while heavy to very heavy rain occurred at some places. Meteorological Center Shimla has issued a warning that heavy rain is likely at many places in the state on 2 and 3 September.
According to the bulletin, heavy to very heavy rain is expected in Chamba, Kangra, Kullu, Mandi, Shimla, Solan and Sirmaur districts and extremely heavy rain in some areas. Una, Bilaspur, Hamirpur and Kinnaur may also receive heavy rain today and tomorrow.
The lowest minimum temperature was recorded at 5.9 degrees Celsius in Keylong. The highest maximum temperature was 27.2 degrees Celsius in Hamirpur. Naina Devi (Bilaspur) recorded 20 cm of rain, Rohru (Shimla) 8 cm, Mahere (Hamirpur) 6 cm and Kullu-Manali, Dharamshala, Nahan and many other places recorded 5 cm of rain.

September 2 and 3: Possibility of heavy to very heavy rain at many places.
September 4 to 8: Light to moderate rain will occur in some areas.
Maximum temperature may increase by 4–8 degrees and minimum temperature by 2–3 degrees in the next 3–4 days.
