For the convenience of the devotees, a heli taxi service is being started from Bharmour to Gaurikund during this year’s famous Manimahesh Yatra. This service will be available from August 9 to August 31, which will greatly help the elderly and physically disabled people to travel.
This heli taxi service will charge Rs 3,500 per person for a one-way journey. With the start of this service, the devotees will get relief from the long and difficult climb. They will be able to reach Gaurikund directly from Bharmour, making it very easy for them to reach the holy Manimahesh lake.
The administration has completed all the necessary preparations for the smooth operation of this service. All safety checks have been done before the operation of the heli taxi, and two helicopters have reached Bharmour on Wednesday. Abhishek Mittal, Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Secretary of Manimahesh Trust, said that this initiative has been taken keeping in mind the safety and convenience of the devotees.
He also informed that all necessary arrangements have been made to manage the entire journey so that the travellers do not face any kind of inconvenience. After reaching Gaurikund, devotees will be able to visit the Manimahesh Lake within a short time. The aim of this service is to ensure a safe, comfortable and memorable journey for the devotees.
