Shimla, February 7, 2026: The Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Shiv Pratap Shukla, has summoned the Fourth Session of the Fourteenth Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly to commence on February 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Vidhan Sabha in Shimla.
The notification, issued on February 7, 2026, states that the session has been convened under Article 174(1) of the Constitution of India. The order was released by the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Secretariat.
Copies of the notification have been forwarded to all Members of the Legislative Assembly, Members of Parliament from Himachal Pradesh, senior state and central government officials, and other concerned authorities.
