The Himachal Pradesh government on Tuesday ordered the transfer and fresh postings of five IAS officers with immediate effect in public interest.
Ashish Singhmar (2008 batch) has been given additional charge as Secretary to the Chief Minister and will oversee key departments including Digital Technologies & Governance, SAD, SWD, Parliamentary Affairs, Finance, Planning, and Social Justice & Empowerment. He also takes over additional charge of SAD, SWD and Parliamentary Affairs, relieving Rakesh Kanwar.
Arindam Chaudhary (2014 batch) has been appointed Director (Personnel & Finance), HPSEBL, Shimla.
Vinay Singh (2015 batch) moves from Director, Horticulture to Managing Director, HPMC. He will also hold additional charge of H.P. Agro Industries Corporation Ltd and H.P. Agro Industrial Packaging India Ltd.
Torul S. Raveesh (2016 batch), Deputy Commissioner Kullu, has been appointed Managing Director, H.P. State Industrial Development Corporation, with additional charge of Managing Director, General Industries Corporation.
Anurag Chander Sharma (2016 batch) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kullu.
The orders were issued by Chief Secretary Sanjay Gupta.
