Shimla, February 2, 2026:
The Himachal Pradesh Government on Monday ordered the transfer and fresh postings of five Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HPAS) officers with immediate effect in the public interest.
According to a notification issued by the Department of Personnel, Shri Anil Kumar Sharma (HPAS 2017) has been posted as Secretary, Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Shimla. Shri Keshav Ram (HPAS 2022) has been appointed as Land Acquisition Officer for the Beas Dam Project at Raja Ka Talab in Kangra district.
Vipan Kumar (HPAS 2022) has been posted as Assistant Commissioner to the Deputy Commissioner, Kinnaur, at Reckong Peo. Ms. Pooja Adhikari (HPAS 2022) will serve as Assistant Settlement Officer, Arki, in Solan district.
Meanwhile, Shri Vivek Kumar (HPAS 2025) has been appointed as Assistant Commissioner to the Deputy Commissioner, Kangra at Dharamshala.
The orders were issued by the Department of Personnel and will take effect immediately.
