Himurja has invited bids for setting up 100 mega watt Solar plants in the state on Private and leased land.
The state energy agency’s Public Relations Officer Panna Lal said in a press release that the invitation for exploring solar power potential on the ground mounted Solar Power Projects of 100 MW capacity ranging from 250 KW to 5MW in the State is to be set up by the applicants on Private land or Private Leased land.
The applicants would have to take the work from concept to commissioning including a feasibility survey and investigation.
The 30 MW capacity Solar Power Project ranging from 250KW to 1MW has been reserved for Bonafide Himachalis individual Partnership firm or Private Limited Companies having 100 MW shareholding of Bonafide Himachali.
70 MW capacity Solar Power Project ranging from above 1MW to 5MW would be open to all interested Solar Power Producers. The application format and detailed guidelines is available at www.himurja.hp.gov.in from February 25. The applicant would have to apply online and no other form of application would accepted.
