The state government has promoted 17 IAS officers. The government issued orders for this on Wednesday. According to the orders issued by the government, 2009 batch IAS officers Mansi Sahay Thakur, Rohan Chand Thakur, Raj Kishan Purthi and Vinod Kumar have been promoted to the level of secretary. These officers will get level-14 pay scale.
However, due to being on central deputation, Mansi Sahay Thakur has been promoted on performa basis. Apart from this, the government has given level-13 pay scale to 2012 IAS officers Dr. Richa Verma, Rakesh Kumar Prajapati, Harikesh Meena and Rajesh Goyal. These officers have been promoted from January 1, 2025. Apart from these, the state government has promoted IAS officer and DC Kullu Torul S Ravish, Anurag Chandra, Amit Kumar Sharma, Jatin Lal, Gandharv Rathore, Rahul Kumar, Sonakshi Singh Tomar, Vijay Kumar and Manoj Kumar by giving them level-12 pay scale.
