The Home Department (Section-D) of the Government of Himachal Pradesh has issued transfer and posting orders of two Himachal Pradesh Police Service (HPPS) officers with immediate effect in the public interest.

According to the notification (No. Home-D-B(6)-1/2026-Loose) dated February 28, 2026:
Shri Dev Raj, HPPS (2019), who was serving as Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Padhar, District Mandi, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Superintendent of Police (Leave Reserve), Police Headquarters, Shimla.
Shri Lokender Singh, HPPS (2020), who was serving as Sub-Divisional Police Officer Palampur, District Kangra, has been posted as Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Padhar, District Mandi.
The orders have been issued by the Home Department and copies have been forwarded to the concerned officers and departments for immediate compliance.
