Himachal’s youth will get better employment opportunities
IEC University and JDK Education Society located at Atal Shiksha Kunj have entered into an important partnership to start skill-based courses for the youth in Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh (BBN) region. IEC University believes that there is a huge skill gap between industries and educational institutions in the BBN region. To reduce this gap, IEC University has decided to start skill-based courses under ‘Nirbhar Kaushal’. The aim of these skill-based courses is to teach local youth the skills required in industries, so that they can get better job opportunities.
The main objective of starting these new courses is to certify the training of BBN students and provide better job opportunities to the youth of Himachal within the state itself. These courses will also increase the productivity of local industries and will also encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment through mentorship.
