The famous IEC University located at Atal Shiksha Kunj in Solan district celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm this year too. In this two-day event, a grand bike rally was organized from Delhi to BBN area, in which the students, employees of the university and members of the ‘Delhi Royal Enfield Riders’ group participated enthusiastically.
On the occasion of Independence Day, the flag was hoisted in the premises of IEC University and the tricolor was saluted. On this occasion, respected member of Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Dr. Anju Sharma and famous social worker Dr. Vineet Gautam were present as chief guests. They inspired the students to work in the interest of the country and the state.
On this occasion, the students of the university made this Independence Day celebration memorable by presenting cultural programs full of patriotism. The main objective of this program was to give the message of respect for the motherland to the youth, which was successfully completed.
At the end of the program, the members of the ‘Delhi Royal Enfield Riders’ group were honored for making this Independence Day festival inspiring and memorable. IEC University Vice Chancellor Professor (Dr.) Ashok Puri and Registrar Dr. Prahlad Gupta appreciated the cooperation of Ignite Helmets and Steelbird Helmets, Baddi and others for making this two-day mega event a success and wished them Happy Independence Day.
