The Sports Department at Shoolini University organised an Intra-school cricket championship at Yuvraj stadium with the School of Basic Sciences emerging as the champion.
The tournament, in which 10 schools of the university participated, was played on a league cum knock-out basis. The School of Artificial intelligence was the runners up.
The School of Legal Sciences won a special trophy for the “Most Enthusiast team of the tournament” and Ms. Palak Sharma Assistant Professor from the School of Legal Sciences was conferred the title of “Most enthusiast mentor of the tournament”.
Earlier the tournament was inaugurated by Mr. Ashish Khosla, Director of Yogananda School of Artificial Intelligence and Mrs. Ashoo Khosla Director of e-learning and Innovations at Shoolini University.
Mr. Vikrant Chauhan, Assistant Professor, Physical Education and organiser of the event said he feels motivated and inspired by organising such events for the students. He further shared that he is planning a Shoolini cricket premier league, Pro Kabbadi, and a sports meet in the coming future.
