Naik Pushpendra Negi, a valiant Indian Army soldier who lives in Thamgarang Panchayat of Sangla Tehsil in Kinnaur district and is assigned to the 19th Dogra Regiment in Assam, suffered excruciating pain after being struck by tree branches during high winds.
