KKC State Chairman Shri Rajiv Rana provided financial assistance to Shri Jagdish Chand suffering from serious illness
State Chairman of Unorganised Workers and Employees Congress (KKC) Himachal Pradesh, Shri Rajiv Rana has set an example of a sensitive and humane initiative by providing financial assistance to Shri Jagdish Chand, resident of Tikkar Khatriya from Bhoranj Assembly.
Shri Jagdish Chand, who has lost one of his legs due to gangrene disease, is living in very difficult financial circumstances. On getting information about his condition, Shri Rana personally met him and provided him financial assistance so that his treatment and livelihood can be done smoothly.
Shri Rana said, “The working class of the unorganised sector comes among the most vulnerable sections of the society. It is our moral and social responsibility to help such people. And we will always stand with the suffering and needy workers.”
He also appealed to the administration and social welfare organizations to come forward to help the needy like Shri Jagdish Chand, so that they can live a better life.
Local people appreciated this initiative of KCC State Chairman Rajiv Rana and called it an inspirational step for the society.
On this occasion, KCC Block General Secretary Vijay Katana, Amit Thakur from Youth Congress, Abhishek Soni were present.
