The body of a missing person from Rashol was found in the Parvati river near Jari. The police took the body into custody and handed it over to the family after postmortem. According to Manikaran police station in-charge Sanjeev Walia, Sher Singh, a resident of Jaan district Kullu, informed the police about a body stuck in the river. On this, the police, fire brigade team and local villagers reached the spot. The body was taken out after a lot of effort in the overflowing river. The body was identified by the deceased’s son Manim, a resident of Rashol. He told that a missing report of his father Bhagi Ram (60) son Jindu Ram was registered in Manikaran police station. He has not expressed any doubt etc. on the incident.
