Teachers allege that on one hand the state government is celebrating two years, while computer teachers are finding it difficult to run their families without salary. Teachers say that computer education was started in the state in the year 1998 and 2001. Even after almost 25 years, teachers across the state have never received their salaries on time. Teachers say that after the change of power, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu had announced to fulfill the demands of the teachers in the state level felicitation ceremony organized by computer teachers in Hamirpur, but even after 2 years no action has been taken on the demands of the teachers.
