Under subdivision Amb, vehicular movement will remain closed on NH-70 Dosarka to Panjoa Road (km 0/0 to 3/250). During this time, vehicular movement has been diverted to alternate routes from Thada Chowk to Pindi Ashram and NH Naidun to Amb. ADC Mahendra Pal Gurjar said that vehicular movement will remain on the designated alternate route till the road repair works are completed.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Una Mahendra Pal Gurjar has issued orders under Sections 115 and 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1988. He said that due to heavy rains, the road has suffered a lot of damage, due to which vehicular movement on the road has been declared unsafe.
The Deputy Commissioner has directed the concerned officials to inform the public about the road closure and to put up boards in advance to give information about the route change.
