The National Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held on September 13, 2025 in which various types of cases can be presented. These include cases related to NI Act under section 138, money-recovery, labor disputes, electricity and water, maintenance and others (criminal, compoundable and civil disputes).
Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Kinnaur informed that cases pending in courts, which include criminal compoundable offences, cases related to N.I. Act under section 138, money recovery, vehicle accident, labour disputes, electricity and water bills, matrimonial disputes (except divorce), land acquisition, salary and allowances related to services, cases related to retirement, revenue cases (pending only in district and high court) and other civil cases (rent, easement rights (alimony), instruction related, specific performance suit) will also be heard in National Lok Adalat.
He informed that if any person under their respective judicial area wants to get the above cases resolved in the National Lok Adalat, then he can contact the Judicial Court Complex, Rampur Bushahr, Judicial Court Complex, Reckong Peo, District Kinnaur, Judicial Court Complex, Ani, District Kullu or the office of District Legal Services Authority, Reckong Peo, District Kinnaur for hearing of his case.
