A 29-year-old newly married woman died under suspicious circumstances in Bangarh Pukhru under Police Station Mehatpur in Una district of Himachal Pradesh. According to the information, the newly married woman has committed suicide. The body of the deceased has been recovered from the jungle adjoining the house. It is being told that the deceased has committed suicide. The police has registered a case in this regard.
According to the information, the deceased Rukhsana was found unconscious in the jungle outside the house, after which the family members brought her down and took her to the Regional Hospital Una. Where the doctors declared her dead. After receiving the information, the maternal family reached the hospital and made serious allegations against Rukhsana’s husband and in-laws. The deceased’s brother Mohammad Aryan resident Nangal says that my sister Rukhsana was married to Aamir Khan resident Pukhru in April 2024. Since her marriage, her in-laws used to harass her, about which her sister had told.
The deceased woman has been identified as Rukhsana wife of Amir Khan, resident of Ward No. 4, Bangarh Pukhru. Rukhsana was married only 6 months ago. The maternal side has accused the in-laws of harassing the daughter and instigating her to commit suicide regarding the death of the daughter. On the basis of the complaint, the police has registered a case against the husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased woman and started investigation.
The maternal side alleges that Rukhsana committed suicide due to harassment. The police has started investigation in the case on the basis of the complaint. Superintendent of Police Una Rakesh Singh said that, ‘On the basis of the complaint, the police has registered a case against three people including the husband of the deceased woman and started investigation. Also, the body has been sent to Tanda Medical College for post-mortem.
