Objections regarding the proposal of Nagar Panchayat Sangdah should be registered before August 21- Deputy Commissioner

Nahan, August 11. Deputy Commissioner Sirmaur Priyanka Verma issued a press release informing that as per the notification received from the Principal Secretary Urban Development, Government of Himachal Pradesh, Sangdah is to be classified as Nagar Panchayat Sangdah for better development and well-organized system.
He informed that if the residents of the area related to the proposed declaration of Nagar Panchayat Sangdah have any objections, then they should send it in writing to the Deputy Commissioner Sirmaur within a period of two weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh i.e. before 21st August, 2025. After the expiry of the stipulated period, no objections of any kind will be accepted.
