Hamirpur 13 August. Under the Drug Free India Campaign, an anti-drug oath was taken in all the offices and institutions in Hamirpur district on Wednesday at around 11 am.
In a programme organised at the Deputy Commissioner’s office premises Hamirpur, ADC Abhishek Garg administered the oath to the officers and employees to work unitedly against drug abuse and to make their family, friends, community, district, state and nation drug-free and to make their active contribution in making their family, friends, community, district, state and nation drug-free. The ADC informed that the report of various activities being organised in the district under the Drug Free India Campaign is being uploaded on the web portal through the District Welfare Officer’s office. He appealed to all the residents of the district to make their active contribution in making the district drug-free.
Assistant Commissioner Rajeev Thakur, SDM Sanjeet Singh, other senior officers and employees of the Mini Secretariat were also present on the occasion.
Anti-drug oath was also taken in all other offices of the district headquarters, educational institutions, offices and institutions of the five sub-divisions of the district.
