Bahra University today witnessed an energetic and inspiring beginning to Himclave 2 with the successful organization of the ‘Physio Run Marathon’. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students as well as practicing physiotherapists, all united in spreading the powerful message of a Pain-Free and Drug-Free Himachal Pradesh.
As part of the Pre-Conference Day, four high-impact workshops were also conducted, led by eminent experts in the field of physiotherapy – Dr. Tuhina Sharma, Dr. Amita Agarwal, Dr. Prabhjot Aneja, and Dr. Rajendra Pal Singh. These hands-on sessions provided students with deep insights into the latest techniques and innovations in physiotherapy, enhancing both their clinical skills and confidence.
Office bearers of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) – Himachal Pradesh Chapter, including Dr. Anup, Dr. Arun, and Dr. Vijay, announced that an International Physiotherapy Conference will be held tomorrow, 18th May, under Himclave 2. The conference is expected to host around 500 participants from Himachal and various other states across India.
The Hon’ble Health Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Dr. Colonel Dhani Ram Shandil, will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The Head of Media and Communication added that Himclave 2 is being jointly organized by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) and Bahra University. The conference aims to elevate the role of physiotherapy in modern healthcare and promote its vast career scope, clinical relevance, and transformative impact on society.
Himclave 2 reinforces the belief that physiotherapy is not just a treatment — it’s a way of life that empowers individuals towards active, pain-free living and holistic well-being.
