According to information received from the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board, maintenance work will cause power supply disruption in certain areas of Kandaghat related to the 33/11 kV substation. The information was provided by the assistant engineer of the Kandaghat substation.
He stated that on October 23, 2024, power supply will be disrupted from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the areas of Waknaghat, Chhavesha, Dumahir, Kot, Kwarag, Kothi Bhara, Anji Brahmana, Sainj, Gog, Kaithalighat, Shalaghat, Beesha, Basha, Suro, J.P. University, Kandaghat, Chail, Dochi, Military School, Jeetnagar, Alam Pur, Bhalav, Hinnar, Kurgal, Mihani, Binnu, Tundal, Sadhu Pul, Dumti, Kotla, Choura, Parotha, Hathon, Palech, Housing Board, Air Force Colony, Dubalu, Tikkar, Nagali, Mini Secretariat, and surrounding areas.
He appealed for the cooperation of consumers in the affected areas.
